Welcome to Invoicely - Business & Invoice ("we", "our", or "the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application. Invoicely - Business & Invoice is a professional invoicing tool designed for freelancers and small businesses to create, manage, and share invoices.

By using Invoicely - Business & Invoice, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Invoicely - Business & Invoice operates entirely offline and locally on your device. We want to be transparent:

• No account registration is required to use the app.
• No personal data is collected, transmitted, or stored on any external server.
• No analytics or tracking tools are embedded in the app.
• No advertising SDKs are included.
• No cookies or similar tracking technologies are used.

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

All data you enter into Invoicely - Business & Invoice is stored exclusively on your device using a local SQLite database. This includes:

• Business profiles — business name, logo, address, contact details, bank information, tax ID, and invoice settings.
• Client records — client names, contact persons, email, phone, address, and tax IDs.
• Product & service catalog — item names, descriptions, unit prices, tax rates, and categories.
• Invoices — invoice numbers, line items, totals, dates, status, notes, terms, and conditions.
• Invoice templates — layout preferences, color schemes, and display settings.
• App preferences — currency, theme, and other user settings.

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it.

4. Data Export & Sharing

Invoicely - Business & Invoice provides features that allow you to share data at your discretion:

4.1 PDF Invoice Sharing

You can generate PDF invoices and share them via email, messaging apps, or any other sharing method available on your device. The PDF is generated locally and shared through your device's native sharing capabilities.

4.2 Data Backup & Restore

The app offers a JSON-based backup and restore feature. You can export all your data (businesses, clients, products, categories, invoices) as a file stored on your device. This backup file is created and stored locally — we do not have access to it.

4.3 CSV Export

You can export invoice data in CSV format for use in spreadsheet applications. This file is generated and saved locally on your device.

Important: Once you share or export data outside the app, that data is subject to the privacy policies of the platforms or recipients you share it with. We are not responsible for data once it leaves the app.

5. Device Permissions

Invoicely - Business & Invoice may request the following device permissions:

• Camera / Photo Library — To capture or select a business logo for your invoices. Images are stored locally on your device.
• Storage — To save generated PDF invoices, backup files, and CSV exports to your device's storage.

These permissions are only used for the stated purposes and can be revoked at any time through your device settings.

6. Third-Party Services

Invoicely - Business & Invoice does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The app uses the following open-source libraries solely for local functionality:

• SQLite — for local database storage.
• PDF generation — for creating invoice documents locally.
• Google Fonts — font data may be fetched from Google servers when the app loads custom fonts. Google's privacy policy applies to this data transfer.

7. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Data security depends on your device's built-in security measures (screen lock, encryption, etc.).
• We recommend keeping your device secured with a strong password or biometric authentication.
• Regular backups using the app's export feature are recommended to prevent data loss.

8. Data Deletion

You have full control over your data:

• Delete individual records — Remove specific invoices, clients, products, or businesses from within the app.
• Clear all data — Use the "Clear All Data" option in Settings to erase all app data.
• Uninstall the app — Removing Invoicely - Business & Invoice from your device will permanently delete all associated data.

9. Children's Privacy

Invoicely - Business & Invoice is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the app, please contact us so we can assist.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
